When the pandemic began I lost my job and was frantically applying to any position I could find. After 25+ applications, I got one call back from a cannabis farm. The owner told me “I see you don’t have any growing experience but I DO see you have some video/photo experience. How would you like to do a hybrid position?” This changed my entire experience in the pandemic. I was able to continue to pay my bills doing something I love, while learning about one of the most rapid expanding industries in the U.S today.
